Art Shows Across Aotearoa are going green with the support of outdoor media solutions company Go Media! 

​

Our art shows are embracing ways to reduce the plastic waste from our business. Every art show in New Zealand has a plastic and paper waste trail. We are proud to be leading the way as an art events company in New Zealand that is going green!
 

In collaboration with Go Media, Art Show Across Aotearoa now have reusable bags that will lessen the amount of bubble wrap being let loose into the environment. As well as lessening our amount of plastic waste these bags provide excellent protection when transporting precious artwork and are very useful for art storage.

Our wrapping rooms now use a green bubble wrap designed to reduce our plastic waste trail. We think this initiative will make big changes for plastic waste in the art show industry.

 

Similarly, we are reducing our paper wastage. Our show programs are now viewable online, which means no more print copies! Programs are scannable on entry to our art shows and are also displayed on big screens around our venues. This is another way for Art Shows Across Aotearoa to reduce our paper waste and go green!
