ARA Fine Arts 2023
Exhibiting art students
Art Shows Across Aotearoa have the pleasure of sponsoring panels to some highly regarded Art Schools throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
Since 2014 students from ARA Fine Arts in Canterbury have exhibited with The Christchurch Art Show. At The Dunedin Art Show we have sponsored panels for students from The Dunedin School of Art Otago and SIT Arts Southland. In Auckland, students from the Whitecliffe College of Arts exhibited with us for the first time in 2023.

In 2024 Art Shows Across Aotearoa welcome art students from The Learning Connexion (TLC). TLC students from the Taita campus will showcase their works at The Wellington Art Show, while TLC distance learning students will also have the chance to exhibit with us at our Christchurch, Auckland and Queenstown Art Shows. The Learning Connexion have made available four scholarship opportunities to TLC for artists who are exhibiting at Art Shows Across Aotearoa in 2024.

Our sponsored exhibition initiative with these New Zealand Art Schools gives tertiary art students the opportunity to sell and showcase their works in a commercial arts environment. It's a valuable learning experience for students, which aids them in planning their future creative careers and we think it's amazing and very rewarding when students come back to us to exhibit on their own as professional artists.
