Susan is a story teller.  She weaves her characters into scenes that are 

surreal but instantly recognisable. They cause us to question the 

reality of our own perceptions as she playfully moves images to suit the 

narrative.   Her quirky,  naive paintings display a sense of levity and 

capriciousness where anything is possible.  Susan tells her tales in 

acrylic and sometimes collage on canvas. She has held several solo 

exhibitions and participates in group shows.
