Please select the artist pack below that you wish to apply for. Panels are 2.3 H x 1.2 W, are velcro receptive and are a soft black colour. Panels are in a straight row. Please contact us if you would like a corner site.

Please note that limited storage space will be allocated to artists closer to the event.  Artists are expected to be present to manage their own panels during the show as work always sells better with the artist in charge.

Please note that some options may become unavailable as the floorplan fills to capacity.

Please check any additional items that you may wish to purchase. We recommend that you add lighting to your panels.

Artist Assistant

Artists may have an assistant for installation, pack down and show days.

As all our events have a limited venue capacity we do not have an option for artist assistants to be present on opening night or at the VIP Preview as these spaces are reserved for art buyers.

Artist assistants must not be younger than 18 years old as due to venue H & S requirements children are not permitted onsite during install/uninstall.

We have options available for artist assistants to work as white glovers employed by Art Shows Across Aotearoa. Tick the box below to indicate if you are interested in finding out how your assistant can work at the show. A fee for working as art show support staff will be paid to your assistant post show if we have employment available for them.

Discounted Event Tickets

Discounted event tickets, ordering via the application portal means that you can claim GST on these purchases while avoiding any handling fees included on the ticketing platform.

Ticket purchases will be sent out to you one month prior to the show. This option is only available on the application portal.

Event Food & Beverage Reimbursement

Opening Night Event Artists are welcome to partake of a sponsored drink on entry and the catering at our Opening Night Event. Those artists that do not want to eat and drink at this event can select the option below to receive a renumeration for this cost.

By uploading these images to us you are agreeing to Art Shows Across Aotearoa's use of your images for promotional purposes for our art shows and on our social media platforms.

The images that you upload are to give an example of the type of work that you intend to exhibit at our shows. The work portrayed does not need to be available at the show that you are applying for. We require 3 digital images of your work. Images of your work set in an artificial environment are not accepted.

Important please label your jpeg/png. file with your last name and name of the art work. eg: Smithsunrise.

Add A Short Biography

Social Media Images (optional)

This is your opportunity to send us your social media images and videos. We require high quality (up to 15 mb jpeg/png images and MP4 for video) that promote you and your art at Art Shows Across Aotearoa.

For video uploads we want to see you, your process, your art and something fun, to the point and nothing longer than 30 seconds. We only post videos and images that fit our format.

For jpeg images we want to see your work! Images of your work set in an artificial environment are not accepted.

Delivery Details

Please select your delivery option. Acceptance of our T’s & C’s means that you accept our arrangements for couriering and ticketing. In some instances, you may be charged for using our courier.
Option 1: I will bring my work with me to the 2026 show and will take all my unsold work and used wrapping with me on my departure.
Option 2: I will courier my work to the 2026 show re date required and will unpack and install when I arrive. I will repack unsold work for return courier, and remove my used wrapping from the venue. My return couriered work is sent in accordance with ASAA show requirements.

Art Shows Across Aotearoa Awards

As well as the forty thousand dollar value awards that you can apply for with the adjudicated STUFF Art Aotearoa Gold Award in 2026, ASAA have an additional twenty thousand dollars worth of awards that artists enter and win every year just by exhibiting at our art shows!

Payment Terms

Payment consists of an initial payment of 30% for artist packs, plus other costs, on acceptance and a second payment of the 70% balance of the artist packs three months out from the scheduled show date.

For artists with financial constraints please email John@theartshow.co.nz to ask us about payment packages.

Fees are non-refundable. 

Application Fees

An application fee of $25 incl. GST will be added to your show fees if a space in the show becomes available for you.

A Welcome Pack with full details of installation and the exhibition will be sent out to those artists who access the show via the waitlist.
