NEW ART SHOW FOR 2026!

Our art show year has just about come to an end, but not before we make a few announcements. Though we are all waiting for the final one- who will be the overall winner of the 2025 Stuff Gold Award? You will have to wait a little bit longer to find out but, in the meantime, we would like to officially announce (because we haven’t done so yet) a brand-new location for Art Shows Across Aotearoa!

We never to sought to be only one art show in one city, but one art show across the length and breadth of Aotearoa. Our goal is to give artists all over the country the opportunity to showcase their art to the public. In doing this we are able to offer a diverse range of art to buyers in many locations (we’ll come to you!) In 2026 we will be bring art for everyone to Christchurch, Auckland, Wellington, Queenstown and… Tauranga!

Why Tauranga?

Why not? You will find us at Baypark Arena on August the 28^th for our inaugural opening followed by two art-packed show days. You know the drill by now, there will be thousands of handpicked artworks curated especially for art lovers. Large art, statement sculpture, jewellery and treasures galore. All to be discovered in the surrounds of stunning views of Mt. Maunganui. There will be new artists to meet, and familiar faces to reconnect with.

With the addition of Tauranga to our art show line up and with the generous help of STUFF MEDIA, our 2026 Gold Award will be our biggest art prize ever. To recognise and celebrate outstanding creative talent across Aotearoa, $50,000 worth of cash awards and benefits will be awarded for art excellence.

We can think of no better way to brighten up the end of winter then with a celebration of art in beautiful Tauranga. Are we coming to a location near you in 2026?
